Terms & content policy

Effective 2026-09-02
01What Oncue is

Oncue is a board. It ranks live streams by who is being watched and links each streamer to the coin they trade on Arc Network. We host the video and the chat. We do not custody funds, execute trades, or run a market.

Watching needs no account. Chatting, tipping, following and streaming need a wallet signed in with Sign-In With Ethereum, which is your agreement to this page.

02Nothing here is financial advice

Everything said on a stream or in chat is the opinion of the person saying it, not of Oncue. Nobody on this platform is your broker, adviser or fiduciary. Memecoins routinely go to zero. Assume you can lose everything you put in.

A “dev verified” badge only means the streaming wallet deployed the token contract. It is a fact about an address. It is not an endorsement, a vouch for the project, or a statement that the token is safe.

Price, market cap and holder numbers are read from public chain data and third-party explorers on a best-effort basis. They can be stale, wrong or missing. Do your own checks before you trade.

03Financial content rules

These get a stream ended and the wallet banned:

Pumping a coin you are simultaneously selling, or coordinating a rug in any form.
Posting a contract address that is not the coin the stream is filed under, or impersonating another token.
Claiming a partnership, listing, audit, team member or endorsement that does not exist.
Paid promotion that is not disclosed on stream, in the title, and in chat.
Guaranteeing returns, price targets presented as certainty, or pressure tactics (“last chance”, “buy now or miss it”).
Soliciting funds to a wallet other than through the tip flow — no giveaways, no doubling schemes, no manual send-to-this-address.
Streaming a token you have already abandoned, drained liquidity from, or intend to.
04Conduct rules
No harassment, targeted abuse, threats or doxxing — of streamers, viewers or anyone else.
No hate speech or slurs directed at a protected group.
No sexual content, nudity, or content involving minors in any way.
No violence, self-harm, or the promotion of either.
No illegal activity, and no instructions for it.
No content you do not have the rights to — including music in a stream or its replay.
No impersonating another streamer, deployer, or Oncue itself.
No bots, spam, chat flooding, or engagement manipulation of the viewer ranking.
05Tips

Tips are direct wallet-to-wallet transfers on Arc Network, signed in your own wallet. Oncue never holds the funds, never takes a fee, and cannot reverse a transfer. We verify the transaction on chain and display it — that is the whole of our involvement.

A tip is a gift, not a purchase, an investment, or a claim on anything. If you tip the wrong person or the wrong amount, that is between you and the chain.

06Moderation

Every room has a Report button. Reports are anonymous to the streamer and reviewed by Oncue moderators. We can end a stream, ban a wallet, and delist a coin — at any time, with or without a report, and without warning.

Moderator actions are recorded in an internal audit log attributed to the moderator who took them. If you think an action against you was wrong, reply to it from the wallet involved and we will look again.

07Your content

You keep ownership of what you stream. You grant Oncue the licence needed to transmit it, record it where the mode supports recording, and show it and its thumbnail on the board. Browser-mode streams are not recorded; OBS-mode streams are, and the replay stays available until you or we remove it.

08No warranty

Oncue is provided as-is. Streams drop, chains reorg, explorers lie, third-party charts break. We are not liable for trading losses, missed streams, lost tips or any other consequence of using the board.

Reporting

the fastest route is the button in the room
Report → in any stream room

Pick the closest reason, add what happened, submit. Include the timestamp when the thing you are reporting happened at a specific moment — it is the single most useful field on the form.
